What We Do Not Track
Seamless Clip does not track your activity, collect usage analytics, or build advertising profiles.
Local Video Processing
When you open a clip, Seamless Clip reads that file locally on your Mac to inspect video, audio, and subtitle streams, build waveforms and thumbnails, find keyframes, and prepare exports. The app does not upload your media or its metadata to external servers.
Camera and Microphone Permissions
Seamless Clip's core editing workflow is file-based and does not collect camera or microphone data for analytics or advertising. If a feature you enable ever asks for those permissions, it is used only for that feature and the resulting media stays on your Mac.
Files and Exports
Seamless Clip opens media files you choose through standard macOS open panels or drag-and-drop. It may request access to Documents and Downloads so it can open projects and save exported clips. Exported clips, CSVs, chapter text, and still images are written only to the destination you select.
Sharing and Analytics
Because Seamless Clip does not collect your data, there is nothing to sell, rent, or share for analytics or advertising purposes.
