What We Do Not Track
Video Matrix does not track your activity, collect usage analytics, or build advertising profiles.
Local Video Processing
When you open a video, Video Matrix processes that file locally on your Mac to extract frames, read video details, and build the contact sheet preview. The app does not upload the video, its frames, or its metadata to external servers.
Files You Choose
The app only accesses video files and save locations that you explicitly choose through the standard macOS open and save panels. It does not scan your files in the background or access unrelated folders without your action.
Exports and Storage
Exported PNG, JPEG, or HEIC files are written locally to the destination you select. Generated images, thumbnails, and project data stay on your device unless you decide to share them yourself.
Sharing and Analytics
Because Video Matrix does not collect your data, there is nothing to sell, rent, or share for analytics or advertising purposes.
